People used to sleep day and night.
We went to bed around lunchtime and woke up in the evening, did some activity during the night, and then went back to bed a couple of hours later.
Do you think this dream is much more useful than the current one?
I slept both "industrially" and "naturally" I didn't notice any difference. Has anyone slept "naturally"? Have you noticed a difference? Do you think "natural" sleep is healthier?

doing it naturally makes you feel more alert, or atleast it did because I did it for a few days and it actually worked out pretty well. Although I just sleep in the night now
