most iqlets on here in the endless chase of 'lean is law' spend years in the gym remaining stagnant and weak due to this fear of eating akin to anorexic girls despite their lack of admission. this results in them never actually escaping skeletoncel territory and achieving an acutal aesthetic lean physique which requires an actual amount of muscle to be put n your frame. the answer, a proper bulk, or as normies say, a 'lean bulk'. this is eating in a 2-500 surplus depending on how hard you gain resulting in a slow increase in size with a surplus to supply the energy to consistently progressive overload, but with slow to minimal fat gain. of course you should get lean first, then start, but at most you should hit 15-16% by the end if you do it properly, then you can shred back down to reveal your work. remember guys, miniscule facial bloat is not a abig deal, especially temporary and if you eat clean it will be minimal. remember, i am too familiar with it but we are likely the only ones who would even notice any real change, and also remember most normieis arent even 15%. good luck bros, keep gymcelling. dont be a twink, physique comes under dimorphism, until next time, emogymmax
