9 months in — 6'2" / 180 lbs
Running a lean bulk. Targeting around 180–200g protein and ~3,800 calories daily. Diet is mostly chicken breast, eggs, Greek yogurt, milk, rice, and fish. Little to no processed sugars and fatty foods.
Training 6 days a week on a chest/tris, back/bis, shoulders/core, rest, repeat. Low volume, high intensity usually 2 sets to failure per exercise.
Only up from here, still too skinny, will update again at 200lbs
