Admincel Admincel should grant me permanent authority to temporarily delegate my moderator powers (e.g., thread deletion and banning) to trusted users at my discretion.

Operational Justification & Benefits:

Raid Response Protocol
Authorizes a designated trusted subordinate to execute thread deletions and user bans with expedited efficiency, neutralizing raider incursions under my direct authority.

Dramatically eases raid control; currently manageable as we ban the raiding chuds and clear their threadsright away, but it still disrupts the forum for around half an hour to an hour with junk threads filling the new threads section,
& leads to collateral damage (extra warnings/temp bans on innocent users suspected of being involved in the raid).

Keep in mind, he isn't still banned for this reason; it's because his warnings accumulated, and he was temporarily banned just today. Regarding the 30-minute temporary ban compensation, two of his junk threads were also removed without warning yesterday.
Allowing delegation under my authority will lead to this hour of raid disruption being reduced to nearly 0 with brutal evisceration of raiders as I'll have multiple subordinates handling the raid.

It also enables seamless handoffs when I log off to sleep or attend meetings, especially if Machiavellian Machiavellian is unavailable at the moment.
prevents raids, child porn, gore, etc., during 0-mod windows.

Junk Post Suppression & quality control
Enables quick moderation of excessive spam, wrong section, or low-effort junk posts and aids forum quality control.
And allows better feedback and more consistent moderation.

When there are an overwhelming amount of threads in the wrong section or some low-effort junk, and I’m busy with real-life projects while keeping the forum open in a tab, I can delegate powers to the selected trusted users who are willing to assist me.

Tho I almost always try to write custom warning DMs so that users get feedback in DMs, and improve their behavior to ensure forum quality.
Cleanse the forum while also addressing their flawed reasoning and nonsensical questions in the warning DM's additional comments.
but unfortunately my fucked up mood or fatigue influences warnings points sometimes, leading me either 5% of the times just using the default vague useless warning template / just the warning title and no DM, resulting in no feedback for the users or just slight over-warning because of frustration/fatigue.
Cuz its just annoying to do this constantly: evaluating content, filling 4 boxes, copy-pasting custom templates 100+ times a day & then looking for discrepancies in the warning title/reason/DM after being already tired from overseeing business projects IRL.
on the contrary, when mod permissions are delegated to another individual, they are far more inclined to exercise caution, issuing consent warnings and constructive feedback to users. Because of their lighter workload, the tempered excitement of nascent authority, an probationary mindset.

Other Benefits:
An enjoyable forum experience for me. Instead of it just being like a frustrating chore, so I can actually engage in this forum instead of just deleting junk and warning users all the time

More consistent warnings and moderation.

+We also receive training and reports on these temporary mods, providing us with more data on users, helping us when we expand the mod team.

This temporary command transfer ensures seamless defense & moderation of the forum, with all actions executed explicitly under my authority and revocable at my discretion.

Did you get this idea from my request
No, read the thread I explained it in this section,
Junk Post Suppression & quality control
I've been thinking about this for a long time. I asked the admin about it about a month ago.
+ The lack of a proper warning template adds to my effort required for quality control on this forum.

It came to the forefront of my mind now as I'm gaining real-life power and responsibilities and have less time for the forum,
and because of that recent project to clear gray retardation to improve the forum's general consensus quality.

I'm overwhelmed by the junk posts, incorrect section postings, and similar menial tasks.
Maintaining top-tier quality control, as I envision, is extremely hard even if I were to spend all day on the forum
and it's unfeasible in the current situation.

No, it's just supporting your own community.
:jew::jew::jew:
Seriously though, think about this.
You're not getting payed, Monica probably hasn't caught on/thanked you, and a maximum of 10 people understand the joke. Who exactly are you doing it for? It's akin to boot-licking normies defending their favourite politicuck or supporting a football team that doesn't even acknowledge their existence.

Also, how do you add the "Xyz said" on quotes? Usually you just click "quote" but that was from a different thread.

I was the one supporting your campaign against Monica, pinning the thread, letting you tag the entire forum, breaking rules, and risking my newly earned mod for the cause. What makes you think I'm posting this to actually promote it?

+I literally add a Jewish emoji or video as a joke every time I mention it.
+You guys tagged the entire forum so people know it's a scam.
+searching for reviews of LMPeptides here,
+seeing it's a sponsor, and Jewish memes with it
+or just asking if the deal is fair would make people understand it's a joke.

If someone still takes it seriously, I don't care about low-IQ monkeys who share nothing in common with me,
honestly, it's almost a positive if these people disappear tomorrow.

And In the worst case, some fool buys it; they're getting overpriced but not harmful or ineffective stuff.

+ I don't think these retards can even be trusted to navigate grey market you're so fond of

don't leak DMs
And what's this supposed to mean anyways?
I was clearly not invested in the conversation and acted dismissively, skimmed/didn't processed your first message due to fatigue and being busy with work.

It's not sensitive so i felt no need to check it over; i don't leak DMs.

Nothing really. Just a ShitPost implying you made this thread due to my request (as shown in the image) after you've already stated it isn't. Though, it is coincidental you posted the thread after the convo.

What makes you think I'm posting this to actually promote it?
I didn't state that; i just explained the absurdity of what you're doing. As originally explained.

This would all be valid, but you overestimate the intelligence of the average peptide buyer nowadays; they'll see a high-status user such as yourself, and not think to question their decisions before they blow hundreds of dollars on overpriced slop.

If someone still takes it seriously, I don't care about low-IQ monkeys who share nothing in common with me,

honestly, it's almost a positive if these people disappear tomorrow.
Agreed. Though, it's more about Monica himself profiting from this shit.

True actually, I'll make a thread about navigating the grey market soon enough.

Doesn't work unfortunately. Well, atleast not on mobile.

I understand now, you were referring to the editing perms. didn't even crossed my mind really, I was thinking about the stuff I mentioned in the original post.
