Perspective is key to unlocking a positive impact in everything you do, whether it be looksmaxxing, school or anything else you plan on doing.

Before I dive into what i think you can do to positively impact your life I want to say I dont believe everything I say is fully true, everything in life is subjective and requires 1:1 decision making from you to truly perfect what you expect and want out of something.

But a positive perspective, such as believing in yourself, actually applying effort and feeling euphoria and positive effects from what your doing create a world of a difference compared to meeting something in the middle or having a nihilistic or weak mindset.

So how do we achieve a positive perspective and why should I have one?- Well a positive perspective put simply is having an interest in improving and seeing things for what they should and can be. Now a positive perspective can greatly improve life quality by making you feel happier and better despite imperfections in your life the most familiar you probably are is looks which is why your on this forum. However before you assume this is cope or unnecessary or even dont bother reading, im in no way saying having a positive perspective will make a true genetic dead end into some chad living a perfect life, however I am saying a positive perspective will greatly improve how you view yourself and life by making it easier to build relationships, connect to people, socialize and how you feel about life and everything in general. These benefits are important as they fend off against depression, suicidal thoughts and other negative aspects of life like poor diet, poor health and lack of self care. This is where having a positive mindset and perspective can manifest into actual physical traits, many studies suggest that proper mindest can initiate self care, routine and a improvement to facial expressions, looks, muscle growth and mental growth, leading to greatly improved quality of life in both social and physical interactions.

How to have a positive perspective and what you can do. First off if your still reading this thread and haven't actually tried going out there and having some hope in humanity then dont expect this thread to have some miracle way of getting you too have a positive outlook on life. However if you have done that and or continuously doing that then you've already done a large amount of progress to obtaining a positive outlook on life. This may sound like an asshole tip, but literally just saying im going to do good or believing and having hope will greatly help your mindset and thoughts, your brain is not able to decipher whats being told to it constantly from reality. Doing things you enjoy and maximizing your own pleasure at all times is also key, if you are suffering doing outside activites that you dont want to do, then quit them and find something you do want to do, and if thats rotting in bed make it somewhat more productive in anway you can such as just taking vitamins or getting proper rest since your laying there all day anyway. Once again you must find something to maximize yourself and your mindset and your mindset will shift and that shift will cause more positive outlook in a cycle that will create happiness and enjoyment of life.

Conclusion and final thoughts- Perspective is power, in every part of life a positive mindset will help you out, once again this thread is just too guide you in the path of what you actually want to do, Its impossible for a guide to tell you exactly what you have to do to be happy. YOU must find that out yourself. However I assure you that finding that way of life out is greatly worth it.

Hopepill- When reading topics about looks and bp all the time it does take a mental toll, please take these tips into consideration and find a proper lifestyle, once again Im not claiming to be perfect im on this forum myself, but I am enrolled in athletics and it was probably the best decision of my life.
