Personality is one of the most important factors when it comes to attraction from women.
The hardest part is fixing it, since it might require you to almost lose your old self.
It might also take you some time to adapt on how u behave and talk and present yourself in daily life.
I have been through this and it was hard, i forced myself to do things i did not like, i had to worry about how i represent myself each time i went outside. But over time i adapted and it has improved my life a lot. People started being nicer to me even when im not that good looking.
So lets get into it now
1. Talk to people
Like really just do it. I know its hard since this is litteraly one of the most difficult parts. But the fastest way to max out your personality is just increasing your interactions.
Things to focus on:
-start small conversations daily: cashiers, classmates, coworkers, people at the gym
-ask simple questions: "how are you doing'', ''is it usually this busy here'', etc
-practice reading not scripting: listen to what people say and respond naturally instead of planning lines
-get comfortable with awkward moments: they happen to everyone and they are how you improve
The goal is not to perfect. The goal is volume.
The more conversations you have, the faster your social skills improve.
2. Develop humor
You don’t need to be a comedian, but having some humor makes you way more enjoyable to be around.
A few simple ways to improve it:
-Don’t take everything too seriously – allow yourself to joke about small things.
-Use light teasing – playful teasing can make conversations more fun if it’s not mean-spirited.
-Notice absurd or ironic things in everyday situations and point them out.
-Call back to earlier jokes in the conversation.
Most humor is just saying the slightly unexpected thing instead of the obvious response.
Also remember: timing matters more than the joke itself. Sometimes a simple comment at the right moment gets the biggest reaction.
3. Fix your energy
A lot of what people call “personality” is actually just your energy and presence.
Two people can say the exact same thing, but the one with better energy will come across as more confident and interesting.
Things to work on:
-Speak clearly and loud enough to be heard
-Don’t rush your words – slower speech sounds more confident
-Make consistent eye contact when talking or listening
-Keep relaxed body language instead of looking tense or closed off
When you look comfortable and relaxed around others, people naturally respond better to you.
Final point
Personality isn’t something you’re born with .It’s something you build.
The more you practice these things, the more natural they become.
