Peak bone mass (PBM) is determined by a mix of non modifiable factors like genetics, gender, and ethnicity


Non-Modifiable Factors (Genetics & Biology)
Genetics/Family History: Accounts for the largest portion (60-80%) of variation in PBM.
Gender: Men generally achieve greater bone mass than women.
Ethnicity: Black/African American individuals often have higher PBM than White or Asian individuals.
Hormones: Estrogen levels are crucial deficiencies (like from amenorrhea) reduce bone mass.

Nutrition:
Foods high with Protein and high Intake of Calcium influeence Ur Peak Bonemass in Ur Developement Years

Thanks man I'll pick up the fork more. Didn't know that I can lose bones mass from being underweight good thread thanks for mentioning ♥️
