Staffs been getting some password-reset requests recently
First of all JFL at losing your password.
You don't even have to note it down nowadays, notes, files, screenshots and bunch of options,
every browser literally asks you if you wanna save login credentials or not, still we got retards forgetting passwords.
But anyways,

The site's e-mail provider has session limits and it refreshes after certain time (hours, days)
you might not be getting mails if there are too many requests and limits been reached.
( For eg. Email-provider hits 10k daily quota, & it won't send anymore emails until the day is over. )

What you can do:
you can either re-apply for password-reset after like 24 hours, when quota refreshes, you might get an email.

or​

Message A Admincel directly (or ask a friend to) with proof like your account email/contact-info.
He'll manually reset it via Admin CP and PM a temp password to you
