I will start instant hard mewing to oblivion 24/7 till I sleep and with 9uis hgh and my question is, is my palate soft after removing the expander and can I get results in a few months through remodelling?

U will have results regardless if you mew(depends on how far you are from your potential and how long). The rate of the result varies from ur age (and how malleable u are duh).

Yes bro, sadly I’m really far away of my potential cuz I mouthbreathed my whole life and have this „long face“ and recessed jawline and maxilla. And because of the maxilla I have poor infra orbital support.

I probably wont do alt ramec because I dont know what to do with my lower jaw then it would be maximum recessed
