what are some alternatives for pumps, so Nitric oxide would be prefered, anything pharma. I dont tolerate pde5 like tadalafil so it impacts my workouts, what would be the best for vascularity as well

If tadalafil fucks you up, just run citrulline, nitrates/beetroot, agmatine, carbs + sodium preworkout for nasty nitric oxide pumps and vascularity instead of coping with PDE5 goblin shit, marked as solution asap

high dose melatonin increases vasodilation, but probably not ideal for workouts or pumps

thats true but it does cause vasoconstriction in arteries and im already on stims so i dont think it would be ideal, melatonin is interesting tho i enjoy reading about it like its off label neuroprotective effects
