16, 10mm overJET, recessed maxilla, recessed mandible, narrow pallete, no forward growth, I’m in a dilemma.

Essentially with a 10mm overjet they can’t just slap on braces to align them so they’re gonna have to go down the root of extraction or retracting, I only have 28 teeth not happening.

Considering I do have sleep apnea and have struggled with nasal breathing as a child, plus slurred speech, misaligned teeth, tongue tie, unable to Mew I am definitely qualified for MARPE but I don’t know if it’s what I need considering MARPE gives you horizontal growth not forward.

My main concern is just bringing my maxilla and mandible forward and having a wider pallete which does require more than one device but I need to know what steps I should take.

I could go in for MARPE now and get BSSO in the future but that still wouldn’t give me my forward projection in the maxilla.

would do double jaw and everything but even in the future idk if I’d be spending 100K to do the procedure considering I’d probably rope past 25

What should I get

Solution
Well Medicare would for a small proportion, I just don’t know if I’d be eligible after marpe

If I did get double jaw after marpe and braces I’m not sure if that would reverse any positive effects of marpe, also might have to go for braces again
Get a marpe consider Bimax Double jaw surgery, braces won't do shit for you. Herbst or forsus maybe too. Also mark as solution

Sorry bhai Idk how to mark it, but wouldn’t I need trimax instead cause I need the chin to come forward, braces are just cause I have a 10mm flare that protrudes, should I be doing them all or just marpe + herbst or bimax and marpe, not really considering forsus because I’ve heard that focuses on retracting your upper jaw and moving the lower one forward
