You often see people who are lean yet have no visible jawline and a dogshit cervical submental angle

This is because you are lacking oral volume essentially meaning you do not have enough space in the oral cavity of your mouth
Additionally in combination with good oral volume , you also need good tongue posture
Your tongue will pull up muscle and fat however if your do not have enough oral volume to accommodate it , muscle and fat will still remain hanging hence why some people will never have a sharp jawline no matter how lean they get , the muscles can’t just disappear they need somewhere to go
A good way to test if you are lacking oral volume or just need a lower body fat % is what’s known as the tongue test Stick your tongue out as shown in the diagram and if this tighten yours submental and fixes your issue then you need more oral volume , if not then you need to lose more fat
So how do you increase oral volume?
The best approach is a Bimax
BSSO adds mandible length and causes slight widening which adds oral volume and pulls submental tissue up further
Additionally a lefort 1 to add maxillary width also adds volume to the oral cavity
Here you can see someone of pretty much the same body fat % yet their submental region is so much more defined after a bimax
