This forum is still new. There's a lot of noise, outdated misinformation, and people who don't know how to properly draw conclusions.
But that also means huge potential to build something better than similar forums, or random courses.
Unlike other forums' disorganization, we can create organized, series-format BOTB/Pinned threads, letting users skip basics and jump to better discussions.
We have the power to transform this into an elite forum, superior to all competitors.
As a moderator, my goal is to raise the baseline knowledge of this forum quickly by curating threads that cut through long‑debunked grifts and replace them with evidence‑based explanations and practical alternatives.
There are users who genuinely want to contribute. They want to make threads, get recognition and feel like they're adding value.
The problem is that without knowledge or experience, those attempts usually turn into low-quality threads that just recycle whatever they last heard from TikTok or some random guy.
This announcement is a call for all the new users who want to create educational threads, with guidance, review, and recognition.
I want us to move past long-debunked theories & Anecdote‑driven and influencer‑driven advice like
Mewing, facial exercises, posture myths, sleeping positions and jaw hacks
Peptides for height/bone growth, Puberty myths like high‑calorie intake, vitamins, supplements, etc.
And replacing them with:
Evidence‑based debunks & clear explanations of why they don't work,
Viable alternatives that actually work. Then go on in detail about methods that work.
Threads that can stand as long‑term references for new users
The goal is to make this forum elite, not another place for recycled TikTok grifts.
This is not for you if:
What I’ve noticed is that most people who want to contribute aren’t lazy,
they just don’t know where to start, or how to tell good information from garbage.
So they end up repeating whatever they last saw on TikTok or heard from someone else, and the thread goes nowhere.
What I'm going to assist you with:
I'll assist with topics, outlines, and key conclusions.
I'll teach the evidence pyramid: RCTs > meta-analyses > observational > anecdotes
I'll show how and where to find information, verify and filter it.
I'll help with thread structure, formatting, clarity & help you craft aesthetic threads.
Then, using my knowledge and input from knowledgeable users on other looksmaxxing/steroid forums, I'll filter misinformation and add missing context.
When a thread meets standards and you show me that you've clearly grasped the topic, I'll approve it publicly, attach my endorsement for credibility, and pin it, move it to BOTB when the sub-forum is created.
Tell me what topics you’re interested in, what you already know (if anything), or where you feel unsure and want guidance.
If you don’t have a topic yet, that’s fine I can give you a list of topics that actually need to be covered.
You don’t need to come in as an expert. What matters is that you’re willing to learn, revise, and put in real effort.
I’ll help you navigate the research and structure, but I’m not doing the work for you.

This is for you if:- You want to learn how to properly evaluate information
- You’re willing to revise, edit, and improve your work
- You care about accuracy more than posting fast
- You want recognition for quality, not volume
This is not for you if:
- You just want to post opinions or theories
- You rely on anecdotes or “it worked for me”
- You’re looking for easy pins without effort
- You’re attached to defending debunked methods
