What does that mean
For me, using facial microcurrent is one of the best methods that Nocturnal Kent gave (much better than the others he gave), it helps a lot to get defined ogee curve, unless your bone mass is extremely subhuman ofc. I'm surprised it didn't become mainstream on tt when he recommended it, much more practical than those zero-sodium diets based on my own experience
