I see a lot of posts on org and wherever supporting nicotine, but it really has little benefit compared to practically any other stimulant or even weak nootropics.
For one, inhalation is the best ROI while being worse health-wise compared to oral, sublingual, intranasal or injectable drugs. You also don't want your clothes reeking of ashtray or frozen strawberry gummy bear asshole.
You want to optimize for long term (ie 4-16 hrs) benefits in most scenarios. Common nicotine ROIs force you to continue using over a long period instead of a once-and-done administration.
Most benefits you see will disappear within a few months of usage. The only effects I felt when using were a slight head rush and increased alertness for less than 30 minutes and these basically evaporated over 6+ months of regular usage. Appetite suppression is negligable. You only dont eat because you have something in your mouth.
Patches and gum are a joke, so dont bother. Prioritizing hygiene and benefit, pouches and odorless vape are the best.
At least withdrawal and quitting cold turkey isnt that bad ime. If you're smoking 10 packs a day, you're a clown amyway.

nicotine dependence builds so quickly and you build tolerance too fast for it to be any benefit. After genuinely a few weeks the effects stop and you have to rely on it for basic function. Also i read that vaping will increate bloating. Also vaping is so fucking gay "lemme hit my watermellon ice faggot stick", and expensive asf. So you'll jsut turn into a bloatcel broke

Adderall or nootropics are always the move

I was gonna glaze nic but then i realised im lowkey just addicted. Nicotine is pretty weak and the tolerance buildup is insane. My tolerance is quite high and even a 50mg nicotine pouch doesnt hit anymore.

In general most stimulants fuck with my blood pressure and lowkey give me anxiety. Theyre alright if I take them right after waking up, but then their slight benfit is pretty useless.
then maybe u just dont need stimulants, forum is so quick to recommend, but im at a very competitive school and do 3+ hours of work per night and do most of my studying without stimulants, instead just find motivation and toss your phone away

I mean caffeine and nicotine give me jitters and high blood pressure more than adderall, though I never regularly used it.

im gonna write a pretty comprehensive GPA-max guide because theres a lot of high schoolers in the forum and it could benefit college students too, but it'll pretty much be all my natural ways of focusing and getting work done

Same. When I was popping 2 9mg pouches for no gain, I immediately quit. When it was effective, I was too lightheaded to really focus. It only helped me stay up a bit more to pull 3rd shift work.

That would be interesting. One thing I wish I knew in high school was paperwork-maxxing. Just mass applying for scholarships, grants, college and job apps, just diversifying your paths. Focus on doing your homework AT SCHOOL so you have less distraction if you can. Also, talking to your teachers and building relationships can legit help you get out of taking Ls on late assignments and influence their grading.
