i mean it helped me lose about 25 kgs but after that i dont se anything bad except for cancer risks and when you get older it dries your skin out can make it maybe like crumbely and stuff like that so yes it can slow your looksmaxing progress and probably will and for long term it could absolultly destroy you but long terms usually 8+ more years
