So my plan is to derma roll about 2 times a week, then apply tazarotene topical cream to attempt to heal light acne scars/mistextured skin, is this a good plan? Lmk

the roller is a cheap low quality item that will scar ur skin worse if you dk how to use it, js get a proper stamp its only like a bit more than roller

also you shoudnt apply retinoids after microneedling for like 4-5 days, itll cause more issues, i did it with tret and my zygo had a red and brownish mark for like a few weeks till i got rid of it using hydroquinone

depends how much and how deep the scarring is, if its really bad then sub incisions, PRP, fractional laser, etc might the only stuff to work

then it will work, you can also use e3 and take a low dose isotret to try to enhance it as much as possible.
