Missinformation
I was scrolling thought the interent until I have found a vegetable called "allium macrostemon" that supports height growth
Now there are some studies from 2020 and 2023 that allium macrostemon promote height growth:
"Although longitudinal bone growth was not assessed, weight gain may be related to height growth, as growth in height typically occurs with growth in weight during childhood. A. macrostemon may also affect food intake and weight gain and is expected to have a positive impact on growth."
Source:https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7700597/
"The growth plate, comprising the resting zone (RZ), proliferative zone (PZ), and hypertrophic zone (HZ), is a crucial structure involved in bone development [15]. According to previous reports on the mechanistic pathways of human height growth [16], chondrocytes in the RZ are irregularly distributed within the cartilage matrix layer, while those in the PZ and HZ align in columns parallel to the bone’s long axis."

I atill studying this topic and it was even teste on rats and it worked.

And it grows in Asia, in countries like China.
