We've implemented a new reward structure for BOTB threads to recognize exceptional work and encourage continued high standards.
Any thread approved by the BOTB Approval Board and promoted to the Best of the Best section will grant its original creator a 1-month free VIP subscription, valued at $10–15.

This applies retroactively where applicable, including for creators whose threads get displaced by superior submissions.
The goal is straightforward: elevate the status of BOTB contributors while incentivizing the level of effort required to earn it.



Detailed Mechanics:


Reward Allocation:

1 approved BOTB thread yields 1 month of free VIP subscription.
This scales directly with the number of qualifying threads
(e.g., 2-threads = 2-months, 3-threads = 3-months, and so on


Handling Existing Subs:

For active VIP users, the reward extends the remaining duration (e.g., 2 weeks left + 1 BOTB = 6 weeks total).

• Permanent VIP holders have the option to transfer the one-month reward to any other user.

Gifting Option:

Any poster (VIP or not) can choose to gift their earned month to another user instead of claiming it themselves.

Collaborative Threads:
