I am not gonna lie OP, if you have to ask for idea, content creation isnt for you

part of being a good content creator is thinking of new ideas no one is doing or talking about, to gain traction in a specific niche,

Fitness niche is pretty simple, either have 1/million genetics, or be someone who dilutes studies to other and have high IQ
the probability you fall in on of these buckets is close to 0

there is other avenues you can explore within content creation thats not geared towards fitness

and his raw diet has been debunked several of times by higher iq individuals with bigger following

and in this day n age, this idea of Full day of eating would of worked in 2022, but now everyone with room temperature above IQ knows the macro's matter more than the actual meal, unless bro is a experience chef that makes aesthetically pleasing 5 star level meals than yea he could pop off n blow up but than again the probability is still low

But in terms of fitness content, you need to ask your self this, do you look better than more than half of Young LA, Ekko vision, Gym Shark models ?

Now awnser that honestly, if the awnser to that is no, than the likely hood you will even get picked up is super slim, n that pretty much the whole point/goal of content creation in regards of fitness.

When you look good, it doesnt matter if what you do is optimal people will believe everything you say and buy your training program regardless, but you need to look top 0.01% to pull this off.
