ltn with cutecel potential but if u want to look more masculine i recomend u to use minoxidil for ur eyebrows and specially for grow ur beard (not in rigth now that you are 13th ofc)
(keep the long hair but change the hairstyle to a middel part )
become a gymcel, do a lot of sports for help your development.
And consume animal based diet, ur 13 that will help your bonemass
At 14 or 15 start doing correct bonemashing+1000mg of calcium+vitmain K2+vitamin D3
