Ik im fat but im 14 yo, 209, and 6'2 ft what do I do. I lost 20 pounds but I either gain or stay the same with no diffrence even if im on a calorie deficit or straight up starving

Unless you have a disease (over if you do) its impossible to not lose weight if you're starving or in a deficit. Its not that hard to fucking count. Track properly and you'll lose weight, if not see a doctor because its over for you
