What are some relatively safe sups that I can run to improve my physique. I’m currently 17 and 5’11 180 w a 250 bench and 330 squat. I’d say I’m above average in my physique but I want to take it to the next level. I’m currently only running cjc + ipamorelin but I’m well aware that this is pretty cope. I’m also hopping on Reta at the end of this month.
