lol agreed I was obviously being extreme, the average person who’s never lifted 99 percent chance knows absolutely nothing of aas, I’ve seen a few pick up the needle before ever lifting tho mirin themYes and no, natty lifting is good for your "newbie gains", roiding from the beggining is not a smart idea for many reasons.
