Natty Lifting, is it worth it or is it a waste of time. That’s for yall to decide but I’ll put my input into it.
I was sitting down on the leg extension machine today and legs are always something I have struggled to grow due to my muscle belly insertion, however I had good strength for my weight. For example I can SLDL 315 for reps at 150.
I noticed I had lost a rep or 2 during my set. And the day before I had lost 2 rep also on the shoulder press machine. I was FUMING
and sad…
Nonetheless as stated by the weight I am at I am what they would call VICTIM WEIGHT. And I agree. While I am no longer a bloated gymcel I have cut down so much that I have come across 2 paths in my natty cuck lifting journey
I have either grown WEAKER or remained the SAME
I believe this to be of both my nutrient deprivation and the overall loss of mass. Now could this be fixable by just simply tweaking my diet including more carbohydrates focusing on protein intake and keeping my calories at maintenance?
YES
But just like all proper lmers we understand lean is law and I’m not going to reach 10 percent bf just by eating “maintenance” yes I starve myself and puke put the food I eat lots of the time. (Ty Reta for slowing my digestion) and also yes when I did eat in a surplus I would gain strength almost every session on all lifts since I was very smart with excersize selection, diet, and volume. But now that I’m 60 pounds leaner from when I was peak gymceling I’ve barely been able to push the same weight with fluctuations of losing strength.
As I get leaner and my clothes fit bigger and bigger my face gets more sharp it comes at the cost of being stagnant gym progress wise. And it’s honestly DEPRESSING
and I have found 2 decisions for me to make to keep my mental sanity.
Either QUIT the gym momentarily (until I can roid…soon) . Or eat more to start gaining strength.
Let’s take a quick look at these 2 before I even say my choice.

Now no hate to Lucas as I find his new transformation and how he’s living life quite inspiring. But unless you are a genetic anomaly with 5+ years of lifting. You will NEVER look big and shredded unless shirtless. And it’s simply just a waste of time when you can achieve in shorter time and look better than you ever would natty just by cruising with the occasional blast for 1-2 years.
Either be a model twink or pick up the needle before you even pick up a weight. Natty is cucked as FUCK and so is legs…
