This is referring to the contour formed from the supra orbital rim and the dorsal aesthetic lines
This is one of the key components to eye area aesthetics and remains important regardless of soft tissue

Essentially you want the supra orbital rim to be as perpendicular to the nasal bone as possible

In the images above regardless of soft tissue factors we can see an aesthetic naso-orbital contour formed and it's importance of that perpendicular orbital contour and how striking it is whilst ignoring soft tissue factors like upper eyelid exposure , canthal tilt , etc.

Additionally these are accompanied by high frontal bone breadth which we can see by the temporal separation

Now this is quite hard to grasp and assess visually for most so I've devised a simple angle that we can use to broadly measure quality of naso-orbital aesthetics

Landmarks - Perpendicular line drawn down from the edges of the nasal bridge at the nasion where dorsal aesthetic lines become visible , Lateral 3/4th peak
in eyebrow

The data

My conclusion

The ideal range for this seems to be between 98.6-102.6 degrees with naso orbital contours below 101 degrees being more aggressive and masculine

I think I saw this in one of your TT vids, def one of the most important features for an aesthetic eye area, i also liked a lot your vid showcasing the importance of soft tissue positioning and distribution for the eye area

Are we using the bottom of the eyebrow as a reference point ?

Like him for example, ignore his other procedures he got done.

So in a way basically minimizing the space between the Eye from the eyebrow ?

Brow bone is n important feature, n I would argue far more than the nasal bridge itself,

Tho if where being honest here, 99.9% of people on forumns are are not getting infra's or supra's at all.
(maybe fat graphs canthoplasty/plexy and and blepharoplasty) most are not going the implant route in the eye area. The pic above did a wonderful job but it is incredibly difficult to not make it look canny.

For example:

I full health believe this patient would of benifits more from a canthoplasty with a lower eyelid retraction with fat graphting than supra's.
and the procedures I mentioned are far lower risk, with high ROI in return.
