I'm starting to see a lot of looksmaxxers beginning to promote a "primal diet" and here's my view on it,
Humans are biologically opportunistic omnivores meaning that they can theoretically survive on most if not any source of food, However in nature humans and apes would of scavenged meat off of dead carcasses and in some cases hunted small animals during early development. Soon we began to evolve to become hunters as meat and animal products are the best source of nutrition and are easier to digest and more palatable. This relates to looksmaxxing because better nutrition means better development and as a consequence of that better bone growth. Another example of an opportunistic omnivore in nature is a chicken which while being able to survive of grains, if given the chance the chicken would prioritise small insects instead due the the vast difference in nutrition. However, these "primal diet" influencerers promote meat being better for you as raw which I can agree with to a partial extent but I also argue that the low quality muscle meats you find in most stores are going to be worse for you then they are cooked due to the risk of disease and the fact that you only gain an additional 10 percent more nutrition from eating it raw. What i would advise is finding a good quality source of both raw muscle meats and organ meats which you can eat raw conservatively and if you are confident in the quality of the meat you can continue to eat it raw. This diet should be followed with lots of animal products in accompaniment as they are easily digestible and also appetising.

Imagine having to eat that disgusting raw liver instead of multivitamins to save money, lmao
Why are you making stuff up? I clearly stated i didn't choose multivitamins due to the fact most lack many significant values; due to them being cheap, and that's how these companys save money. Just because it's "multi" doesn't mean it's got enough. And i really can't be arsed to research this shit, it's boring and cortisol-inducing because i have i interface with god awful supplement websites

no, they don't need to save money by reducing vitamins jfl; it's cheap as hell, they sell it for multiple folds of cost price
it's enough for most vitamins, just not d3 & omega3, which you should supplement alone anyways
also, brand image is a thing, lab test show the amount of vitamins & they'll lose rep if under-dosed or sum

And i really can't be arsed to research this shit, it's boring and cortisol-inducing because i have i interface with god awful supplement websites

Then they're lazy or it's some big-bad evil, jewish conspiracy. I really don't care, they just lack enough vitamins.
Like i said, i don't care to research it, atleast more than i have. I've ran many through chat GBT, they're either insufficient or too plentiful. So liver is just what i picked out of frustration and sloth

Yeah, i probably will. I'll storm into these subhuman manufacturing facilities and empty out a few kilos of anthrax, fuck them all, no-one on reddit bothered to answer my question either, so I'll eliminate all those degenerate-libtarded pricks also.

If you ever hear about a person being locked into a fully sealed off metal suit, and multiple Bed bugs/fleas/nits/crabs poured into the suit, with full life support, and sleep disrupting instruments (Most likely speakers playing overly-repetitive nursery rhymes) to make the victim go crazy, within in a fully sterilised room (Infection), that's my work.

Raw frozen liver is the only raw food in my diet. And that's just because im lazy, plus, cooking liver is akin to sniffing the toilet after someone's had a shit; smells disgusting. Raw food just tastes worse than its cooked counterparts.
Straight raw fat is the best tasting shit ive ever eaten and im not larping or forcing myself to like it its so good
