I'm starting to see a lot of looksmaxxers beginning to promote a "primal diet" and here's my view on it,
Humans are biologically opportunistic omnivores meaning that they can theoretically survive on most if not any source of food, However in nature humans and apes would of scavenged meat off of dead carcasses and in some cases hunted small animals during early development. Soon we began to evolve to become hunters as meat and animal products are the best source of nutrition and are easier to digest and more palatable. This relates to looksmaxxing because better nutrition means better development and as a consequence of that better bone growth. Another example of an opportunistic omnivore in nature is a chicken which while being able to survive of grains, if given the chance the chicken would prioritise small insects instead due the the vast difference in nutrition. However, these "primal diet" influencerers promote meat being better for you as raw which I can agree with to a partial extent but I also argue that the low quality muscle meats you find in most stores are going to be worse for you then they are cooked due to the risk of disease and the fact that you only gain an additional 10 percent more nutrition from eating it raw. What i would advise is finding a good quality source of both raw muscle meats and organ meats which you can eat raw conservatively and if you are confident in the quality of the meat you can continue to eat it raw. This diet should be followed with lots of animal products in accompaniment as they are easily digestible and also appetising.
