I am currently on a raw primal with some fruits and honey but for majority of my journey I was primal carnivore.
Heightmaxxing journey started at 5"11.5 with a aight frame.
My height is 6"2.5 rn my wingspan is about 6"4 my bidelt is currently 23.5 inches and my legs are very long and my arms almost go to my knees.
Im also 16 3/4 rn started at about 16 1/2.

first protocol for my first month approx 15 days:
cjc no dac/ipa 600mcg ed split 2-3 a day
grew to 6'0

second protocol ran for about a month:
8-9iu hgh split into two doses
4iu or 3iu in the morning 5-6iu at night
grew to about 6".75

third protocol ran for about 2.5months:
50-60mcg teriparatide every night with iboprofen
9-11ius gh everynight
6.25 aromasin eod
grew to about 6"2.25

current protocol ran for about 15 days now:
50-60mcg teriparatide every night with iboprofen
tried bumping to 100mcg teri but felt like I was going to die almost went to er
