Today it was i made my lunch with too much pasta, and i didn’t leave enough for dinner, despite him saying he’s making pizza. I don’t know what to do. I hate getting yelled and screamed at. No, surprisingly he still held back but my dad’s much bigger than me and used to get into lots of street fights growing up and this was my first serious adult fight. He taught me things growing up so it wasn’t one sided but yeah I was the obvious loser.

Just try be affectionate towards eachother and don't even bother meeting up with a family therapist because they would just cause more problems and you are forced to talk your shit out causing tension between eachother.
