In achondroplasia a consistent +1.5–2.3 cm/yr extra AGV, sustained multi year.
Works downstream on FGFR3 antagonism and plate thickening, effective even in non mutated plates, though magnitude may be milder in tall/normal people, which is related to what I said.

I believe, I should give myself a bit more time, 3-6 months for the goal of moneymaxxing.

2: Because exemestane (Aromasin) itself can fuck with lipids even alone, no steroids, no trt, no nothing. It's a brutal suicidal ai that ropes and tanks estrogen hard as E2 drop 30–60%+ in male studies, and estrogen is protective for HDL and overall CV profile in males too.

From the actual data I got (short term male exemestane trials + ai lipid metas):
Exemestane often shows neutral-to-mild negative shifts: possible ↑ LDL, ↓ HDL (one study noted ~15% HDL drop at 24 weeks in some contxts) or slight triglyceride changes

My main goal is tall as fuck without a surprise heart issue or plaque down the line nigga
