He is a 49 year old natural, (yes an oldcel). He is around 12% body fat, 185 pounds, and 5'11.

Idk what advice could he possibly use cuz he's natty
I guess tan would help or nvm they use fake tan in bodybuilding competitions

Tag some gymcels on here prolly like assman or smth
