ASCENSION PLAN

My personal ascension plan as a 15,6yo and currently 175cm.
Rated: L-MTN/H-LTN


1. Eye Area SOFTMAXX

1.1 Eyelash-maxxing:
In order to get longer and darker eyelashes I will use The Ordinary Lash and Brows Serum and Castor Oil. (perhaps Brimatoprost Eye Drops).
1.2 Eyebrow-maxxing:
In order to get longer and darker eyebrows I will use Minoxidil 5%, The Ordinary Lash and Brows Serum and Castor Oil.
1.3 Sclera-maxxing:
In order to get a whiter and healthier sclera I will stay properly hydrated, limit my screentime, include Omega-3, Vitamin A, Vitamin C in my diet.
I will also use Systane Hydration eye drops to guarantee a proper hydration to my eyes.

2. Skin Area SOFTMAXX

2.1 Skincare
In order to get a clean and acneless skin I will follow a daily skincare to my skin. After waking up I will apply a CeraVe Cleanser, The Ordinary Niacinamide 5%, The Ordinary Caffeine Solution 5%, then a CeraVe Moisturising Lotion, and before going out sun protection cream (Riemann P20 SPF50). At night I will use again the cleanser, 3x a week a Salicylic Acid 2% then Niacinamide 5%, Caffeine Solution 5% and moisturising lotion like in the morning. For lips I will use a basic chapstick.
2.2 Skintone-maxxing
In order to achieve a warmer and glowing skin tone I will integrate 2 tablets
~12,000 IU (~6k IU each) and Lycopene 20mg, both daily.

3. Frame Area SOFTMAXX

3.1 Gym-maxxing
In order to get a better frame I will just go to the gym 5x a week doing proper workouts for each major muscle.
I will take basic supplements like Whey Protein 30 g per serving and Creatine Monohydrate 5g a day.

4. Teeth Area HARDMAXX (?)

As my teeth area is awful atm I will get a palate expander in order to get more space for braces. Already talked with my orthodontist.


And that’s probably all. Please let me know what do you think of it and if I should change something.:)

You should prob start pinning when you’re 16 or 17 but I like this

replace all that shit in your skincare with microdose accutane+spf

Id suggest u add microneedling to max ur skin its not really hard and give good results from experience Check a microneedling guide in the forum

Wtf I thought I included it, I bought the dermaroller yesterday. Thanks anyways for the advice
