Basically tell them that Ur parents or smth have heard u snore during night and that u wake up with a dry throat and tired

Make sure to play it well and show them tongue not fitting on palate and stuff, the more u do easier they'll give, otherwise you'll have to save up to get it urself but it's expensive and expansion is always better younger

Yh Ur fine go to ortho tell them like all the stuff and mention facemask, try get marpe + facemask and if they don't give get marpe yourself then get orthognathic surgery if yu need it later
