Proved you wrong if I said that

"that cortisol from mouth breathing is so bad it lowers testosterone to a level that would literlly chnge your physical development"
yeah no. You’re referring to chronic stress. Not off fucking mouth breathing. There’s a massive fucking difference.

When u nasal breath, it filters + humidifies + warms the air. Plus ur nose makes nitric oxide (NO) which helps ur body actually use oxygen better. Mouth breathing is the opposite no NO, shitty oxygen uptake, and air doesn’t even reach ur lungs efficiently.

Mouth breathing also kicks in ur SNS (fight/flight mode) → higher HR, BP, and more cortisol. If u keep doing it, esp at night (snoring, shallow breathing, sleep apnea), it leads to mild hypoxia (low O2 in blood).

That low O2 = stress = higher cortisol. And u already kno high cortisol fucks test up:
it blocks LH/GnRH (less test made)

it increases aromatase → converts test → estrogen

high cortisol + estrogen dominance = ur growth plates gonna be fucked up, twin.

and even bones!
