How do you listen to stuff while sleeping? If anything, shouldn't it like distract you from sleeping?

I used earphones and put it on, and just turned them off when It was finished. It made me sleep a lot better than what I normally do
listen to sleep aid on medium volume w earbuds or earphones,headphones r uncomfy highly recommending earphones
