Why cant you avoid it?

The only realistic way to avoid it is to commit a crime and get caught on purpose or idk break my own leg, but it'll be worth it in the end once i get the forehead reduction surgery (hopefully), even though im young im fairly certain i'll be a candidate in a clinic in Istanbul.
