Hey guys, I’ve got a problem: when I try to press my tongue against the roof of my mouth, I can’t breathe through my nose anymore, even though I normally can. It feels like something is blocking it, like my tongue is stopping my breathing. If you have any answers or alternative methods, I’m interested.

Only guy I've seen after 18yo that got "gains" from it is AstroSky, but well he was on different AAS while doing it.

Just put yourself into a second chemical puberty type shi and pray broootal.

Surgery mogs cause the results are guessable whereas aforementionned is anecdotal and theorical.

you need surgery. its still good posture but it wont change your bones or do anything significant because youre already developed.

you might be able to get insurance to cover the surgery.

See an orthodontist, for cases like that its usually fully covered by the government and they might give you surgery
