In a large thread about the skin, there was a mesoroller and a link to pubmed. I think it is quite possible to remove at least 30% of non-deep scars.

for acne scars depending on the severity of the case the best treatments would be dermapen sessions, laser (fractional, CO2 etc), and sub incision with a scalpel with dermal fillers for the most severe cases of acne scarring.
