Hello hello boyos :ohhhh:
So, lately ive been dealing with brain fog/ a lack of focus in the morning. I need help on what to do. Does anyone have any recommendations of nootropics (havent done research on these yet, I heard of them recently) or any cognitive enhancer? I have also considered caffeine pills/tablets, but before I purchase, I want to find the best option.

I get this really weird scatterbrain feeling where around noon, my brain finally starts to work again and I become semi-productive. Then at the end of the day, im super productive. Finishing assignments, doing tasks, and it drags into night time. It was like 10pm and I was full of energy, it was a pain to fall asleep.

Anyways, if you know anything about caffeine pills or nootropics or any cognitive booster, help a brotha out. This is enough rant so il end here.

8+ hours sleep (preferably 12 low key)
caffeine (not past 1pm)
healthy diet of your choice
avoid porn, drugs or excessive screen time
These are simple ones to follow and just the pure basics. (Put more steps as seen fit.)

8+ hrs is a bit difficult for me. When i get home and im done my shit i just wanna relax. But then before ik it its like 10pm. I dont watch porn or do drugs lmao, i was wondering about supplements but i appreciate your help and not dnring me. :pepecheers:

its chill bro
if you REALLY need sleep, buy some melatonin @i_blame_oxytocin uses melatonin and i did. (only used on days you cant sleep because you eventually build a tolerance)
