i was thinking about training masseter muscles since i cant do anything about my bones. hoping it would make my face seem a bit wider since i have a narrow face now. i was wondering if training those muscles could give the illusion that for example my zygos are a bit higher set or bigger bones.

ts is probably cope but i think its worth a try

It can definitely work, it may not be bone growth it will be almost 100% muscle but it can fraud a wider face. Similar to how bonesmashing creates permanent scar tissue to mimic bone. Its worth a shot.

Do these actually work?

Back molars
Switch to premolars, back molars have a higher chance of causing TMJ. Which will cause more issues like assymetry and so on. Also make sure to massage your Massé Teres and TMJ joint because they get tense really easily.

Don't chew plastic, you'll take in microplastics which lower testosterone. Use a rubber jaw trainers or a hard gum (there are many hard chewing gums for jaw training)
