Not really, the only problem with traditional MARPEs is that they get misplaced, if you get a custom 6 TADS MARPE and your ortho works with a precision system it's very unlikely it will expand asymmetrically, that's only an issue with 2-4 tads MARPEs, regardless, FME and FME 2.0 mog any kind of MARPE to death tbh. They are way way more precise, way safer, and when it comes to precision they are unbeaten tbh.

MASPE just expands slower you should expand very slow anyways tbh, they are both very similar appliances
