22, barely eat or drink anything, got a lil alcohol problem and i smoke a lotta 420, doing my best to cut back for reasons, i honestly dunno where to start, going to the gym when i can, eating as good as i can afford. how do i shift my priorities in order to see visual improvements on myself?
