Blood pressure isnt only an issue for oldcels and fatties. My blood pressure isnt high across the board, but it often spikes in public and from school/work stress. Only recently I started to proactively lower it with HUGE social and productivity benefits. Im a week in and already happier beyond placebo.
Steps I take:
- Cut out nicotine and stims beyond 1-2 cups coffee or tea
- Morning workout (already doing this)
- 1000mg L-Arginine 3× day (relatively low dose)
- 600mg Ashwagandha + 200mg L-Theanine
- Cum around mid-day at school (make sure to bring hygiene wipes)
- Occasional 7-OH (7-14 mg)
Just try to be zen and not rush around like you have a stick up your ass. Plus boner gains from low blood pressure.
