Lose weight and grow taller?

Im 162(yes I know im a mantlet and it’s over), im 15 and i weight 55,5kg I have taken 1,5kg on these last 2 weeks due to the Christmas food but I will try to not eat as much more, but what would you guys recommend for me to do to lose weight and still grow taller?, my idea is -300kcal deficit.
Im 15 btw.

Yeah, don't listen to these people telling you not to cut. Excess fat converts testosterone into estrogen, and estrogen closes growth plates early, personally, I'd use exogenous hormones and cut the weight as quickly as possible (with retatrutide), it really won't stunt your growth much bro. Then you can hop on or just eat real food and get a lot of sleep to grow

U can cut. Our bodies aren't thermodynamic systems, what matters more is sleep and nutrient quality. Just don't go below -500 calories away from maintenance.
