just because something doesn't have "scientific evidence" does not mean it works
i read it, this all pseudoscience and this was done either with AI or formatted with ai, none of the stuff here is backed up by any real RTCs or any mechanism that could prove this to work, none of this can actually help to reshape your skull whatsoever, this could only work at most for 5 year old kids https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8532770/, also the correlation = causation bias here is insane, People with certain skull shapes may have larger masseters/temporalis as an adaptation or correlate with it, it's not because training caused the shape, none if this is of any use unless you are a 5 year old kid ,also adults have minimal sutural growth," bone remodeling" is fucking impossible to notice as the changes are not even mm, this wont cause forward growth or any real meaningful bone adaptation whatsoever, skull shape and jaw development is determined 90% by genetics, also studies on adults with a (CT/MRI), show ed weak to say the least or no strong correlations between the temporalis cross-sectional area (size) and overall skull/facial dimensions. Funny enough if muscles did change ur face structure in an aesthetic way bodybuilders would have top tier model faces cause of the muscle hypertrophy cause by roids.

for me anecdotes have been much more reliable but fair enough if it doesn't work for you
