Which is more ideal, and relieves more pain? Liquid lidocaine or topical lidocaine? I have been doing research for fat dissolving and other things, but one thing I dont understand is the difference. Just like other things like ghkcu (yes ik its cope im using it as an example) are significantly more effective when injected. So for example, if I wanted to run lemonbottle and not be in agonizing pain, I would like 99% need lidocaine. Should I look into a topical lidocaine cream, or injectible?

For something like Lemon Bottle or other fat dissolving injections, injectable lidocaine is way stronger than topical lidocaine when it comes to pain relief. Topical lidocaine mostly numbs the surface of the skin, so it can help a little with the needle going in, but it usually will not stop the deeper burning or stinging from the actual product being injected. Injectable lidocaine works underneath the skin, which is why clinics use it for procedures that involve multiple injections or stronger pain. That being said, injectable lidocaine is also much riskier if you do not know exactly what you are doing. Wrong dosing or injecting improperly can cause serious problems like nerve damage, toxicity, heart issues, or accidentally hitting a blood vessel. Fat dissolving injections themselves already carry risks too, especially if done incorrectly. So realistically, if someone just wants to reduce some of the needle discomfort, topical lidocaine is the safer option. But if the goal is to actually numb the deeper pain from the injections themselves, injectable lidocaine is much more effective, which is why professionals use it instead of just cream.

Yw, also give solution
One last thing, is there a specific strength or % of lidocaine i should aim for? And would it be smart to use injectible aswell as topical to relieve as much pain as possible?

Topical lidocaine is usually 4-5% for over the counter use, and that’s basically the standard strength for numbing skin. Higher than that is typically prescription and doesn’t add much benefit for at-home use because it still only works on the surface. Injectable lidocaine is a completely different thing and isn’t something you should combine with topical or try to manage yourself. In medical settings it’s carefully dosed and monitored, and mixing or self-using it increases the risk of serious side effects like toxicity or heart issues. So realistically, topical 4-5% is the only safe option you can control yourself, and anything stronger or injectable should only be handled by a professional.
