Lens distortion mirror 4k camera? Which is accurate (3 Viewers)

Please someone know about this or relate; i look horrible bloated on 4k camera, good in front (iphone) camera, good in back camera and good but more bloated in the mirror. Everyone i know looks basically the same on each things wtfff i am ltn or mtn depending on cameras

But basicly a profesional camera with a corect lense at a normal distance is the most acurate version of how people see you becasue its non flipped and you cant adujst angles and your facial expression that much like you do when looking in the mirror still keeps the facial proprtions very indentical to reality

If it was a 50-85 mm lense the most acurate and Basic one then that's how people see you g but most photos lack 3D depth and in real life your mostly moving around and changing facial expressions
