First post here!

I got my hands on some bimatoprost (0.1 mg/L).

Would it work for eyelash growth? And how can I apply it without causing irritation or fat loss around the eyes?

Yes

Best way would be a mascara pen

Or you can do this.
I’m scared of latisse because apparently it can make dark under eyelids long term + fat loss around the eye

It does run risks of fat loss around the eye area which is why using a mascara pen is the best option.
If you fear the risks I would stick to a very light application of rosemary oil, again, using a mascara pen instead of latisse.

I used some Vaseline under my eyes as a barrier and applied Latisse with a Q-tip... Is it good?
