How likely is it to cause fat loss and I’d need grafting I talked to my derm friend he said it’s almost certain

I would recommend just sticking with oral Minoxodil+ a lash serum for lash growth tbh

My freind used it and took precautions and still had some orbital fat loss but you can try it I guess

I’m gonna try a under eye pad for when I do it

i just put it on my fingers and rubbed it on my lashes and yea it could cause fat loss if you're not careful with it me personally i havent seen any fat loss around my eyes but tbh i already have an recessed infra so

It’s actually rare if u do it carefully and just apply it to ur lashes
